Flotilla one, Division one has twenty members at this writing and is always looking to expand membership with people who will give us some time and take training to qualify to participate in one or more of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary's missions.
Most of our members live in the central part of San Diego County, and we are diverse group in terms of age, experience, occupation, interests and length of time in the Auxiliary. Known as 11, our members currently are active in teaching classes, performing vessel safety checks, participating in surface and air patrols, helping high school students apply to the Coast Guard Academy, working at events such as the Miramar Air Show, public affairs, manning emergency radio networks, Homeland Security tasks, training to qualify in new jobs and running the day-to-day business of our Flotilla and the Auxiliary. For us it is time well spent in productive and worthwhile efforts.
If you think this sounds interesting we would love to hear from you. We are currently meeting at the San Diego County Health Services Complex, 3851 Rosecrans St., on the fourth Monday of each month at 1900.

Our basic commonality is our love of aviation and our desire to
be a part of "COAST GUARD FORCES." We, in Flotilla 12, conduct air
operations and missions in support of and authorized by the U.S. COAST GUARD and
U.S. COAST GUARD AUXILIARY. We invite those that are aviators, aviation
enthusiasts and patriots to join us in direct operations or operational support.
Flotilla 12 meets at U.S. COAST GUARD AIR STATION, SECTOR SAN DIEGO at 1900
(7:00 PM) on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Flotilla 14 meets at the Southwestern Yacht Club, 2702 Qualtrough Street, in Point Loma at 7 PM on the Thursday after the third Monday of each month.
Like most Auxiliary organizations, we don’t all share the same educational or business backgrounds, culture, heritage, religious or political beliefs. We do all seem to share the same love of country and spirit of service. We also seem to enjoy working together in an environment that respects diversity and opinion in which we are all equals, distinguished only by our unique skills and talents.
We have members whose interests are administrative and other members who are operationally inclined. Both are needed to keep the unit functioning and continuing to grow in membership and capability.
All are welcome to attend our meetings and join us in our support of the United States Coast Guard.

Flotilla 15 meets at Montgomery Field, Kearny Mesa, Airport Operations Building, on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 1900 hours (7:00 PM) in the Conference Room.
Flotilla 15 is unique as it spearheads the AUXAIR program as part of the USCG Air Squadron San Diego. Our core membership includes Qualified Pilots, Aircrew and Observers. We also have members qualified in the traditional USCGAUX classifications.
It is the coming together of our members in a positive environment where we value and respect the unique experiences, talents, capabilities and cultural exposures that each individual possesses, that forms the foundation of our team. We are creating new ways to work together effectively so we can do our part in supporting the Missions of the U.S. Coast Guard.
We welcome all that have an interest in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and in contributing to the support of our Coast Guard and Homeland Security.
